H Series Idler Pulley With bore adapter

Most "H" Series Idler Pulleys are designed for use with Bore Adapters to provide a mounting bore and pulley standoff as required by the application, easing the user's installation and minimizing assembly costs.  New Hampshire Industries offers a wide variety of standard bore adapters in three styles.  Many mounting requirements can be met by using the standard catalog items listed below.  Should your production application have other requirements please consult the factory.

Nomenclature

 ID = Inner Diameter of bore adapter

 W = Bearing Width

SM = Mounting Stickout from bearing centerline

SB = Backside Stickout from bearing centerline

(SM, SB, W, and Bore OAL listed are nominal dimensions)

* Note: Bore OAL listed is using symmetric adapters. Obtain Bore OAL for asymmetric adaptations by adding the SM and the SB chosen.

Bore Tolerances

NHI bore adapters are typically manufactured to allow mounting with standard bolts.  For standard inch bolts the dimensions are shown as fractional inches, for standard metric as "##mm".  A "+" sign indicated that the bore is a loose fit to the bolt to allow a small amount of adjustment when mounting.
